Refund policy

At Tanneria, we are committed to offering products of the highest quality and craftsmanship.

Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of our swimwear, all sales are considered final. However, we are pleased to offer STORE CREDIT under specific conditions.

Any damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported to Tanneria Store within 48 hours of delivery by email, including clear photos of the issue and the packaging.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or STORE CREDIT.

Normal wear, natural leather variations, minor color differences, or characteristics inherent to handmade products shall not be considered defects.

Items received damaged or defective are eligible for replacement or store credit.ย 

Store credit is issued in the form of a digital code and does not expire.

Tanneria reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
